Prepare your script and record a video of your speech talking about what gift or wish you want Santa to grant your family on the occasion of Christmas 2022. This one of a kind English Olympiad will help you to improve your English speaking and presentation skills.
Group 3 – Grade 9 to 12
Topic – What you want/wish for the world on Christmas? Why? (Speech Time Limit 3 to 5 minutes)
Prepare your script and record a video of your speech talking about what gift or wish you want Santa to grant the world on the occasion of Christmas 2022. Acquire the necessary skill of being a Global Citizen through English Olympiad being organized by The Achilles Centre of English – The ACE Clan and improve your English speaking and presentation skills.
1. The submission must include
– Word File of your script and the Video Recording of Speech.
2. The speech must be in English.
Important Dates & English Olympiad outline
1. 15 December 2022 – Last date for registrations
2. 18 December 2022 – Last date for submission of Script (Word File) and Video Recording of Speech
3. 20 December 2022 – Shortlisted Candidates for Round 2 will be announced on our Social Media Handle
4. 22 December 2022 – Last date for Entry fees payment for round 2 (Rs 50)
5. 24 December 2022 – Live Online Event for Round 2 of 7th National ACE English Olympiad
6. 31 December 2022 – Individual Winners’ List/Top 3 Max Entries School Names will be published on our Social Media Handles.
Note:
Individual Winners and participants will receive Digital Certificates through Email.
Top 3 Schools with Maximum Entries would receive a physical Trophy.
Steps to Participate
1. Click the link to register yourself and enter the competition. Deadline – 15 December 2022
2. Like our official page on Facebook (The ACE Clan & Heads for Tales) and our official Instagram (The ACE Clan & Heads for Tales) handle.
3. Upload a picture of yours on your/your parents’ Instagram and Facebook ID (on or before 18 December 2022) and tag The Achilles Centre of English (@englishwithace) and Heads for Tales (@headsfortales)

4. Submit a copy of your script in Word Format and Video through Email – ‘contactus@theaceclan.com’ (on or before 18 December 2022)
5. The contest is open to Indian citizens studying in Grade 1 to 12 in any School of India.
Judgement Criteria
1. Presentation
How creatively you have presented your idea with good eye contact and proper body language.
2. Grammar
How well written and presented is your script keeping in mind English Grammar rules like tenses, spellings and punctuations.
3. Popularity Index
Earn bonus points by getting people to interact on your picture on Instagram and Facebook ID (tag us – @englishwithace and @headsfortales)
